1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SuperPost, a platform designed for developers, creators, and companies to unify their social media presence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to our web user interface, API endpoints, SDKs, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service").

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and promise that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

SuperPost provides a centralized dashboard and programmatic interfaces (APIs and SDKs) that allow you to connect, manage, and distribute content across multiple third-party social media platforms synchronously or asynchronously. We provide the infrastructure to handle the complexities of multi-platform authentication, rate limiting, and content formatting.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

SuperPost will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security requirements.

4. API and SDK Usage & Fair Use

As a developer traversing our API or utilizing our SDKs, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our endpoints. You agree to interact with our endpoints responsibly.

• You must not use our API to spam, harass, or distribute malicious content.
• You must respect the rate limits imposed on your account tier. Attempting to bypass these limits will result in immediate suspension.
• Your API keys are private credentials. Do not embed them in client-side code where they can be intercepted.
• We reserve the right to throttle or block requests that we determine to be abusive or overly burdensome on our infrastructure.

5. Content, Connections, and Third-Party Rules

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and post through SuperPost. By operating via our Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to transmit, process, and distribute your content strictly for the purpose of operating the Service.

SuperPost acts solely as a conduit to publish to third-party platforms (like Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). You are entirely responsible for ensuring your content and usage comply with the respective Terms of Service of any third-party networks you have connected. If a third-party network suspends your account due to your actions via SuperPost, we bear no liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuperPost and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, API access, and all associated usage at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and revoke our application authorizations from your connected platforms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will strive to provide at least 30 days' notice tailored to the registered email on your account prior to any new terms taking effect.
